Translation

This is an English translation of the French original. If this English version differs from the French version in any way, the French version prevails. French law applies.

2. The cookies we use

Today, nahouda.fr uses no audience measurement or advertising cookies. Only the cookies in the table below (cookie, purpose, duration, issuer, consent) are set. They are exempt from consent because they are used to remember your choices, to log you in or to pay.

3. Third-party services

On the payment page, the payment provider (Stripe) may set its own cookies, on its own domain and outside our site: see its cookie policy. No other third party sets cookies.

4. Storage in your browser

The site remembers the scroll position of pages for the duration of your visit. This data is deleted when you close the tab.

5. Technical error monitoring

If you accept audience measurement, the site also reports its technical errors to us so that we can fix them: the error message and the page concerned, without its parameters. These reports go through our own server and are recorded in our monitoring tool, which we host ourselves. No cookie is set for this, and neither your IP address nor your email address is transmitted. If you refuse, nothing is sent.

6. Changing your choice

A banner offers you to accept or refuse audience measurement and technical error monitoring, as well as advertising, “Refuse all” being as easy as “Accept all”. Today, your consent only triggers the technical error monitoring described in section 5: no visitor statistics tool and no advertising is used. You can change your choice at any time with the “Manage my preferences” button on this page or with the “Cookies” link at the bottom of every page, as easily as you made it the first time.

7. How long your choice lasts

Your choice is remembered for 180 days in the nha_consent cookie, after which you are asked again.

8. Changes

If we add a cookie that requires your consent, this page is updated and you are asked for your choice again.

Manage your preferences

You can change your choice at any time.
